The Happy Time Murders was a puppet cop drama/comedy by the son of the creator or the Muppets. You'd think it might be able to pull it's own weight in the comedy department; sadly no. But a different puppet cop drama/comedy that came out nearly 5 years earlier on a significantly smaller budget can. Cheese it! It's The Fuzz!
