The perfect Arctic storm to hide all of the actions of a scene,
confusion and disappointment are what the WhiteOut thrives on.
Seriously this garbage has a 7% on Rotten Tomatoes and it doesn't
deserve even that. Nothing makes sense and everything is terrible.

1984 is now in the future and in Japan, it's the Psycho Pass
movie! I can't praise Psycho Pass enough being an anime Orwellian
Nightmare with a great story and interesting characters. Seriously
go check it out as soon as possible, all of the series.
