Dead Rising is a great series of games and surprisingly a great
movie as well! I know shocker but ain't that America, based on a
Japanese game.
Movie Adaptations of video games seem to be getting better and Dead
Rising is the most shocking of the good ones so far. With a concept
as easily fuckable as Dead Rising it...

A bald man stealths his way in your home and he kills you with
an elaborate trap that makes it look like a crazy accident then has
an outright gun battle with like 20 guys. Hitman has had 2 movies
and it took 2 to get it right.
No cheesy romance subplot and no you do have humanity twist. Check
out Hitman Agent...

Ratchet and Clank has a Metacritic score of 8.6, in general a
pretty good score. Too bad that's the game. The movie is rated much
worse with an 18% on Rotten Tomatoes. And damn it if it doesn't
deserve a score that low.
Weak story, no character development at all and pacing the speed of
snakes playing red light green...

In honor of my own day of life it's The Book of Life.
As an early birthday present it's a movie I could talk about for
literally hours, I think. There's so much I probably forgot to
